However, the disadvantage of technology is the fact that it has reduced interpersonal relationships. Back in the days, people travel several kilometers to see their loved ones and deliver messages to them but these days, people can talk to each other on phone for several years without having to see face to face.
Also with the advent of artificial intelligence, jobs that were hitherto performed by human beings have been taken over by machines, which has resulted in job loss. The job loss is also seen in the postal industry as people no longer feel the need to send hard copy mails.
The is also the advent of internet fraud. People now create fake profile and use it to exploit their victims.
