$\frac{1*4}{4*4}$ + $\frac{1*2}{8*2}$ +$\frac{1}{16}$
$\frac{4}{16}$ + $\frac{2}{16}$ + $\frac{1}{16}$
$\frac{7}{16}$

same to top as to bottom so
1/4 =4/16
