At the time, North and South Korea were just known as Korea, so it's neither of those two. I'd probably guess Hungary since it's closer to Germany than Greece is, but I'm not 100% sure.

The USSR wanted the allies to reconsider there choice of taking West Berlin [since it was in East Germany part]and they wanted to starve the people in West Berlin so that was the cause but the French, British and American flew over to give food to the West Berliners.

Romans believed that as long as Carthage existed it would always pose a threat because if you defeat them and don't destroy them they will just rise again and want to defeat Rome again so they decided that it was necessary to completely wipe them off the face of Earth, which is what happened in the end, as you can see since there's no Carthage any more.
