Hace unos 30 años Chile tenía un mal líder llamado Augusto Pinochet. Cuando gobernó muchas personas dejaron chile y se fueron a las comunidades. Muchas personas que no fueron secuestradas y torturadas. Pinochet cambió la constitución para que no pudiera ser llevado a juicio en Chile.
