Answer:

Hunting, especially when using certain weapons, like shotguns, which are powerful, heavy, and very dangerous at the best of times, is an activity that must be taken very seriously and the techniques to use specific hunting weapons, like shotguns, must be followed to the letter to prevent accidents.

As such, protocols and guidelines indicate that when a hunter is right-handed, and wishes to hunt using a shotgun, which is long and heavy, he/she should assume the following stance: legs and feet spread apart, at shoulder width, the shotgun balanced on the leading arm and hand (which would be the right one), the left supporting the gun itself, and the feet must be placed so that the left foot is slightly forward from the right one, supporting some of the weight of the hunter, and the balance, and angle, of the body, is placed on the left foot.

IgorC [24]

Answer:It is because of his ethnocentrism

Explanation:

Ethnocentrism is a term that refers to the fact that someone thinks that their Culture, ethnicity, nationality, religion and race is better than that of other people .

This belief may make someone thinks that people need to convert into his or her religion or they need to start doing things that his or her nation does because the person believes that theirs(culture, nation, religion etc) is the only thing that is the best in the world.

Nathan says the American education is the only best and effective in the world and this probably offended these other students who come from other countries.

arsen [322]

Answer:

Jesus taught that the kingdom of heaven is for those who humble themselves. Those who are teachable, patient, long-suffering, etc., are promised to “inherit the earth.” Jesus said, “Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful” (Luke 6:36), meaning those who show mercy will also receive it.

Trava [24]

Answer:

Third party.

Explanation:

A court refers to an enclosed space such as a hall or chamber where legal practitioners (judges, lawyers or attorneys and a jury) converge to hold judicial proceedings.

There are different types of courts and these includes;

I. Trial court.

II. Circuit court.

III. Appeal court.

IV. Supreme court.

A trial court refers to a court of original jurisdiction and as such it is the court where issues of fact, evidence, laws, and testimony for a litigation are first received, considered and decided.

Additionally, the citizen jury are legally empowered by law to carry out an investigation with respect to a potential criminal case, engage in legal proceedings and determine whether or not an evidence is quite sufficient to warrant trial in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Hence, in the trial court system, an impartial third party, such as a judge or jury, has the responsibility of choosing between the two versions of the facts. Thus, grand jury are legally empowered by law to carry out an investigation with respect to a potential criminal case, engage in legal proceedings and determine whether or not an evidence is quite sufficient to warrant trial in a court of competent jurisdiction.
