The benefits is that you can talk to anyone anywhere no matter where you are. Also it helps because if you ever need to move or are friends with someone who doesn’t spear your language or someone needs help understanding someone than you can help them out.

Speaking two languages fluently can help you understand other people. You can also translate for other people who don't speak the language.
