Rhythm it refers to the pattern of stressed and unstressed sounds in poetry. It follows the stress of language, creates a "beat" in the poem, like the beat of a drum or a heartbeat, it gives readers a sensory experience. Hope this helps! Thanks!

Rhythm in poetry is basically how you say the words. If you read all in the same tone it would sound like a robot is reading. So, when you read it you have to put more stress on syllables than others. That way you can try to covey what the author was feeling when they wrote it.
