English

If I were a teacher I would:

1. Conduct a team building activity or an ice breaker activity before starting the class.

Explanation:

This would gear up the class and put it through that everyone in the class has come to learn rather than score more than the other. Also, it would be an attempt to erase any cold war that may have taken place between the students.

2. I would try to take the classes in the open rather than in the classroom (if the weather permits)

Explanation:

Nature is the best environment in which one can study and feel relaxed and stress-free. It becomes the ideal set up for children/ students to feel calm and focus.

3. I wouldn’t wear tight or too fitting attire.

Explanation:

Even though it may be mandatory to wear good, presentable and well-fitting attire, I would skip wearing fitting clothes and rather go for a little lose and free fitting clothes as it gets too tiring being in be fitted clothes throughout the day.

4. I wouldn’t exclude certain students from performing in plays just because they are not good at articulation.

Explanation:

Students who may not be good at something should be given more chances to perform in plays and choir as it would help them overcome their low confidence and would make them feel in sync with the other students.
