Most people are familiar with the rise and fall of ocean tides. Do tides also affect land?

Yes, because the tide is high then goes low and eventually affects the land

Explanation: yes ocean tides affect land as well. Ocean tides is caused by the rotation of the earth. During the rise of ocean tides, coastal land is flooded as the tide falls it washes of land surfaces.

Violent rise and fall of ocean tides can result to landslide.
