Explanation: According the this ancient wisdom, what is just comes simply from defining what is proper and setting that apart from what is not. The proper receives praise and the improper receives punishment. Being just means trying to always act properly.

How has the Internet affected the way interest groups do grass-roots lobbying?
Zigmanuir [339]

Answer:

1. The Internet is a low-cost way to connect members.

Explanation:

Internet (the internet or, also, the internet) is a decentralized set of interconnected communication networks that use the TCP / IP family of protocols, which guarantees that the heterogeneous physical networks that compose it form a unique logical network of worldwide scope . Its origins go back to 1969, when the first computer connection, known as ARPANET, was established between three universities in California (United States).

One of the most successful services on the internet has been the World Wide Web (WWW or the Web), to such an extent that confusion between both terms is common. The WWW is a set of protocols that allows, in a simple way, remote consultation of hypertext files. This was a later development (1990) and uses the internet as a means of transmission.

There are, therefore, many other services and protocols on the internet, apart from the Web: the sending of electronic mail (SMTP), the transmission of files (FTP and P2P), online conversations (IRC), instant messaging and presence , the transmission of content and multimedia communication - telephony (VoIP), television (IPTV) -, electronic bulletins (NNTP), remote access to other devices (SSH and Telnet) or online games.

What human factor most contributed to the creation of the Dust Bowl?
Leya [2.2K]

Answer: A

Explanation:

Over-Plowing Contributes to the Dust Bowl or the 1930s. Each year, the process of farming begins with preparing the soil to be seeded. But for years, farmers had plowed the soil too fine, and they contributed to the creation of the Dust Bowl.

The Dust Bowl was caused by several economic and agricultural factors, including federal land policies, changes in regional weather, farm economics and other cultural factors. After the Civil War, a series of federal land acts coaxed pioneers westward by incentivizing farming in the Great Plains.

The Homestead Act of 1862, which provided settlers with 160 acres of public land, was followed by the Kinkaid Act of 1904 and the Enlarged Homestead Act of 1909. These acts led to a massive influx of new and inexperienced farmers across the Great Plains.

Many of these late nineteenth and early twentieth century settlers lived by the superstition “rain follows the plow.” Emigrants, land speculators, politicians and even some scientists believed that homesteading and agriculture would permanently affect the climate of the semi-arid Great Plains region, making it more conducive to farming.

Why did the colonies write state

constitutions in 1776
frez [133]
The main reason why the colonies wrote state constitutions in 1776 is because at this time, the Founding Fathers wanted the states to be autonomous over any type of central government--meaning that the states would be in a loose confederation as opposed to a nation.
