As a young legislator </span><span>from South </span>geographical region<span>, he helped steer the States</span><span> into war with kingdom</span><span> and established the Second Bank of the U.S</span>.<span>He was one of Jackson's Vice Presidents and was the creator of the idea of nullification.</span>
