The correct answer is 1: "might makes right".

This sentence is generally used to refer to negative manifestations of power. It involves that in a society it is already determined what is considered right and wrong and some people are able to impose their beliefs on others by the use of force. This is why this sentence is considered as the lemma of authoritarian regimes.

A fascist government pursues centralism and uniformization under a certain ideology and does not accept the existence of other alternatives hence, supporters of those are chased and repressed. The head of a state is usually a dictator who leads a unique party..

Everything in such state needs to be under the control of the governing regime. It aims even to spy personal lives in order to find defectors, and of course the press works for encouraging the regime and dissenting opinions undergo through censorship and repression

Might Make Right.

The slogan for fascist governments certainly requires to match the ideological representations that are strongly embedded within its policies. To understand the meaning and construction of these slogans, we need to understand the basic principles of fascism. The concept of fascism existed in popular philosophical thought; however, it rose to prominence in the second half of the twentieth century. Fascist ideology formed the basis of the fascist Italian Government and the German Nazi Government. The core principle of Fascism is a combination of totalitarianism and extreme nationalism. The slogan ‘might makes right’ is a combination of the two most important ideologies, that is, using power to control the resources of a nation and the way of people. Power is a basic way of exercising rights in a fascist government.

Further Explanation-

Fascism is based on a combination of power and might, i.e. coming to power by either

exercising force or by unconstitutional means. Thus, force becomes the sanctioned way to

exercise power. It has to be noted that fascism is based on the concept of extreme

nationalism, which means putting the interests of the nation before the individual rights

of the nation’s citizens. Civil liberties, civil rights and freedom of expression come

secondary in importance to exercising powers with might. In a totalitarian fascist

government, members do not represent the people, and there is no existence of the

concept of popular sovereignty. It is a one-party or one-man controlled government, and the closest aides are given positions of eminence and power to exercise their positions. The

government controls every aspect of a nation, such as financial, economic and political

affairs, and places primary importance on maintaining the military forces. There is also an

extremely closed regulation of the lives of citizens, the press and newspapers.

When did England and France set up blockades of the European coast and British isles
Ierofanga [76]

Answer:

1807-11

Explanation : Napoleon’s Berlin decree of November 21, 1806, had already declared that the British Isles were under blockade and that “no ship which comes directly from England or the English colonies…shall…enter any of our harbours.” The secret Franco-Russian alliance of Tilsit furthered his scheme for economic warfare against Great Britain , since the cooperation of Russia should permit the complete closure of the Baltic to British shipping and hasten Austrian participation in the Continental System. Alexander undertook to support France against the British if they did not consent by November 1, 1807, to acknowledge the complete freedom of the seas and to return the conquests made since 1805. If Britain refused, France and Russia would “summon the three courts of Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Lisbon to close their ports to the British and declare war.”
