The correct answer is B) The U.S. war in response to the attack on 9/11 caused chaos in the Middle East, which contributed to the rise of ISIL.

The phrase that best describes the relationship between the attacks on 9/11 and ISIL is "The U.S. war in response to the attack on 9/11 caused chaos in the Middle East, which contributed to the rise of ISIL."

After the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, the United States President George W. Bush ordered the creation of the Homeland Security Department and months later, the air raid attack over Afghanistan with the support of Great Britain, and later the invasion of Iraq to capture Sadam Hussein. This, of course, created chaos in the Middle East and contributed to the Rise of ISIL that stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.

Please answer! What do you consider to be the single most important social problem? Why? Provide a solution to the problem
Nookie1986 [14]
Animal rights is one social problem that is very important. This is because many animals are left in cars during hot days, neglected by their owners because of many reasons that make no sense. Every animal deserves to be loved, nurtured, and happy. They are living things, like us. They have blood, a heart, a brain, liver, lungs, a stomach, and etc. They can do as much, and more, as us.  A rather simple, yet obvious solution to this would be to open more shelters rather than pounds and have animal control be less aggressive when trying to detain an animal.
