How does limiting a company's scope benefit the company?

English

A company’s scope is made of its intended customer base, location, and product. The smaller the scope, the better, especially for a small or start-up company. For instance, if a company focuses on just one product, the company can devote all resources to that one product. A company would need to begin dividing resources the more products it chooses to develop. Additionally, to focus on just one demographic means not having to divide resources to focus on more than one group of people when advertising. Thus, limiting a company’s scope will certainly benefit a company and keep it from overextending resources.

Which sentence best summarizes Denise Mann’s "Does IQ Test Really Measure Intelligence?"
Nookie1986 [14]

Answer:

Multiple types of IQ tests should be performed to measure a person’s intelligence.

Explanation:

The article presents IQ tests as a good way to assess people's intelligence, but this assessment will be correct when these tests are used properly. An IQ test is not enough to measure how smart a person is, as it is necessary that the same person can do several IQ tests and that the evaluation of the result of all these tests allows a person's intelligence to be measured properly.

In a species of rat, height is a polygentic trait. What does it mean that is a triat is polygentic?
marin [14]
Another exception to Mendel’s rules is polygenic inheritance, which occurs when a trait is controlled by more than one gene. This means that each dominant allele "adds" to the expression of the next dominant allele.

Usually, traits are polygenic when there is wide variation in the trait. For example, humans can be many different sizes. Height is a polygenic trait, controlled by at least three genes with six alleles. If you are dominant for all of the alleles for height, then you will be very tall.

emmainna [20.7K]

Honestly? Sometimes dreams are just dreams. I had a dream I was on a cruise once and the attendants were vampires who were trying to suck the blood of the guests. The other day, I had a dream about my ex boyfriend, and that I was kissing one of my other guy friends in front of my ex, even though I'm not in a relationship right now (and I don't think I have a crush on my guy friend lol).

Is it possible that maybe you're afraid of your boyfriend "finding someone better" than you? Dreams aren't usually premonitions, but sometimes our unconscious fears and desires can show themselves in dreams. This dream does NOT mean that your boyfriend has found someone else, but it could mean that you're afraid of him finding a new girl. Having a conversation with him might help lessen your fears. Hope this helps!
