Are myths never written down?

English

Myths can be written down! However, around the time they were created, the people didn't know how to write, so they'd pass the stories down generations verbally. Eventually, when humans began to write and developed adequate writing utensils and materials, these myths were drawn in old caverns, and written on walls. Hope this helps! :)

Myths can be written down. Of course if the person telling/holding the myth has the available materials to write it down.

There aren’t any choices shown? so i’d assume an alternative would be ‘state of mind’.
