Now since in this case it is me who is passing on the message or whatever it may be from the fan, it wouldn't obviously reach the band if it was harmful. In this case, I am the middleman between the band and the Fan and assuming i know the band manager well, then it definitely would reach them, because otherwise it would have to harm me first, which means i wouldn't accept it from the fan if it posed any Danger to me to begin with.
