Hey there!

There is a window period between being exposed to HIV and getting accurate results as to whether or not you have actually been infected. Many HIV tests can detect an infection two to three weeks after initial exposure. If someone tests negative on many HIV tests after two weeks since the possible exposure, they're likely HIV-negative, but should still get tested after a certain amount of additional time since everyone can react to the infection differently.

Your answer will be your second option.

Hope this helped you out! :-)

3. Which of the following is NOT a safe serving technique?
ad-work [718]

Answer:

D. Re-serve uneaten bread

Explanation:

Re-serve uneaten bread   is NOT a safe serving technique because once an aliment has left the kitchen or the prep stations, you don't know what happened to them.

Although unlikely, the customers would have placed something in the bread.  Bigger risk is that they just handled them with uncleaned hands spreading their germs all over.  So, that bread cannot be considered safe to serve to a new client.
