A process for investigation and experimentation
There are many ways to rid of acne, which you could also research online for multiple solutions.
You can go to your doctor and ask to prescribe you any medicine for your acne. In my situation, I use this solution and soap bar that has been helping me over the past years.
Not only that, but you should wash your face and drink water daily. Sweat causes your skin to break into more acne as well.
One recommendation would be not to touch your face especially when your fingers aren't clean. Popping pimples that shouldn't be popped, makes your acne become worse as more acne comes up. It also depends on what you eat, which if you eat healthy, these pimples may disappear.
Answer:
Insulin catalyzes the anabolic reaction.
Explanation:
Insulin and glucagon, while both are produced in the pancreas and regulate glucose concentration in blood, have opposite effects.
An anabolic reaction consists of uniting smaller molecules in order to form bigger ones. Insulin, in this case, sends a signal to stimulate the processes of glycogenesis and lipogenesis (both using glucose as a substrate to make bigger molecules).
Glucagon, on the contrary, catalyzes catabolic reactions: breaking glycogen molecules to obtain glucose (this process is called glycogenolysis).
The correct answer is A. The theory that complex cells evolved after primitive cells engulfed bacterial cells that continued functioning.
Explanation:
This diagram shows how a primitive cell or a cell containing only genetic material evolves into a complex cell with specific organelles such as chloroplast or mitochondria by engulfing or integrating other cells, especially prokaryotic cells that continue living in the primitive cell and become specialized organelles. This process supports the theory the evolution of cells was possible as simple cells engulfed bacteria because as the diagram shows the engulfed bacteria evolved into organelles that make the cell become more complex as there were specific structures in the cell for different functions.
