Voldemort is a cold like winter. Cold in the sense that he has a dark soul. He speaks with an unfriendly tone similar to the feeling you get when it rains in the winter. The darkness starts early as he enters a room like sunsets early in the winter. When he terrorizes the other it’s like snowflakes falling because you never know when he is coming.
It is always cold in the winter and the coldness he shows is similar. Cold meaning at a low temperature which might make you shiver. Voldemort is similar to this because sometimes when he looks at you, you might shiver. A cold, wet, dark winter is the perfect way to describe Voldemort as a person.
I'm going to answer this anyway as you clearly made a mistake in what you were trying to ask and/or forget the image you were trying to put in it. Considering that as long as someone if looking at the question, you're not allowed to edit the question, it's virtually impossible to get that to happen.
