Ok so if you have a rule and everyone keeps not listening to the rule it would become a law so there can be some consequences if you break that rule/law

On the other hand, the event was supported by many in the South, as they believed it demonstrated the weakness of the Northerners.

What is the main difference between the roles of state and federal judges and other elected officials

A state judge handles more local cases. A federal judge handles normaly larger cases or cases that took place on federal properly. jugdes have tge power to block laws made by congress or the president. jugdes arnt elected by the people.
