many people send texts or emails instead of speaking directly to others. Some people believe that, as a result, the art of conve
rsation is declining. They fear people are losing their communication skills and replacing human interaction with superficial contacts through social media or by interacting with machinesthat have replaced human workers. Do you agree or disagree? in a brief essay, support your opinion with specific examples from your observations, studies, personal experience, or the reading .
I agree because now in this generation of people and new technology, people only use their phones and prefer to text someone or email someone something rather than telling them in person. In addition, people spend more time with their phones even when they are with people, unfortunately new social media and new phones doesn’t make this any better. I personally agree, an example is if you walk into a restaurant you will see people on their phones even if they are in family or in a group of friends. If you go outside you see people on their phones, and some people even get killed because of their phones. Meanwhile, some time back you would see people in family or hanging out with a group of friends talking and laughing altogether, or outside people laughing and talking with joy in their voice. You may be lucky if you still see this but not as often as before. This is why I do agree with this statement. I hope this helped!! ~mel~
Most speakers would know what you meant. They both mean the same thing, . although the second one doesn't have the most proper grammar. but either one would work but the best option would be the first.
