The clients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) would most likely require an erythrocyte sedimentation rate test (ESR) ordered.

Explanation:

ESR test measures the rate of sedimentation of the erythrocytes or the red blood cells (RBCs) in the blood sample taken in a test tube. The nature of the RBCs is to settle down in the bottom of the tube slowly while the clear plasma rises above.

When there is underlying inflammation in the body, the RBCs settle down faster than the normal rate. This inflammation triggered by the body's immune system in reaction to any pathological condition.

Inflammatory conditions include autoimmune diseases, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis etc. ESR is an indirect marker or indicator for the inflammatory disease SLE and a high ESR in an SLE patient indicates that the lupus is highly active.

Conditions like congestive heart failure, Alzheimer's, or orthostatic hypotension are not inflammatory in nature.

How will you help a person who has fainted?
AysviL [449]

Answer:

Help them down. If you notice a person starting to faint, try to catch them and slowly lower the person to the ground.

Position the person on their back. Tap or shake the person, to see if they have regained consciousness.

Help the person rest if they regain consciousness. Loosen any constrictive clothing (like a tie or collar) on the person to make them comfortable.

Check for a pulse if the person does not regain consciousness quickly. Call or ask someone else to call EMS.

Initiate CPR if no pulse is found. If you're not familiar with CPR, consider seeing if anyone around you is a medical professional. [9]

Stay calm and reassure the victim. Staying composed and in control of the situation can make all the difference.

s2008m [1.1K]

Answer:D

Explanation: Contact inhibition is a process of arresting cell growth when cells come in contact with each other. As a result, normal cells stop proliferating when they form a monolayer in a culture dish. Contact inhibition is a powerful anticancer mechanism that is lost in cancer cells
