If a country is at the top of the world's human development index rankings, it probably will not have the world's best _____.
Aneli [31]
The answer is Military

Countries such as Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland are some of most developed countries in the world.

They have the Highest Human Development Index which points to how the government spends on providing high quality education, health and other public sector services.

However, all these countries also lack a strong and powerful military which can actually provide capable defense.

Switzerland is a neutral country while many Northern European countries are part of the NATO. As the United States spends the bulk of all money at NATO, these countries actually save billions of dollars every year.

Hence, while these countries have a high Human development Index, they lack a secure Army

How is the constitution adaptable?
pogonyaev
The US Constitution is adaptable because the Founding Fathers deliberately made it relatively vague--meaning that they didn't get too specific because they knew it would have to endure in the future, when minds and society would be greatly different. It's also adaptable because it allows for amendments, which keep the document relevant with modern times.

yaroslaw [1]

Answer:

C or B

Explanation:

Nigeria first became a republic in 1963, but succumbed to military rule three years later, after a bloody coup d'état. A separatist movement later formed the Republic of Biafra in 1967, leading to the three-year Nigerian Civil War. Nigeria became a republic once again after a new constitution was written in 1979.
