Answer: The length of each side of the building block is 0.56 feet

Step-by-step explanation:

A company is making building blocks. Each building block is a cube and has volume 125/729 ft cubed . Each of the building blocks has 6 faces which are squares, 8 vertices and 12 edges.

Since a square has all sides to be equal sides,

The volume of the cube = the volume of the building block =

Product of length,L, width, W and height, H.

Volume of the building block = L × W × H

Since length = width = height,

Volume of cube = L^3

From the information given,

Volume of a building block = 125/729ft cubed

L^3 = 125 / 729

Taking cube root of both sides of the equation,

L = cube root of 125/729

L = 5/9

= 0.56 feet

48/14 so you just simplify that for gallons/minutes. something that goes into both of those numbers is 2 so you would have 24/7 when you divide by 2. that’s your answer.

How do i do this some one please explain
Talja [164]

Well since we already have our unit per mile.

We know that 1 mile = $3.50

And that the tow company towed the car 12 miles.

So we would have to multiply 12 by $3.50

soo..

12 x $3.50 = $42.00

So your answer is D. $42.00

Serga [27]

Answer:

answer is 0.001254.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that you invested in 3 stocks of Engineering Aces, Upton Clothiers, and Thompson Musical Instruments.

Also given that each stock value is independent of the other.

Let E be the event changing in value by more than 10% in a given week for Engineering Aces,

U be the event changing in value by more than 10% in a given week for Upton Clothiers, and T be the event changing in value by more than 10% in a given week for Thompson Musical Instruments.

Given that P(E) =  = 19%

P(U) = 11%

P(T) = 6%

probability that all three will change by more than 10% in the same week

= P(EUT)

= P(E) P(U) P(T) since three events are independent.

=0.19(0.11)0.06

= 0.001254
