olga_2 [115]

Answer: Do not copy/paste this answer. This is just to help you understand the main points of the essay.

"The Negro Artist and the Racial Mountain" was an essay written by Langston Hughes. The main point of this essay is to explain the position of blacks when it comes to their dreams. It isn't just with art, it refers to any dream of black people, such as medical, economic, or even political. This essay doesn't just cover how black people are judged. It describes how they feel because of the discrimination. If white people weren't bringing them down, then they could feel more confident about their goals. The black people who wish to paint follow their dreams with a lot of doubt, but they do it anyway because they believe in themselves just enough to do so. Racism is a huge obstacle for black artists who wish for others to recognize their work. This isn't just part of their job, but it's part of a racial dispute because of their color. That's the obstacle that is represented by the mountain. While it seems they'll never be able to climb it, they can. Everyone should be allowed to follow their dreams no matter what. Nothing can set them back even if it seems like it might. So in conclusion, the main point of this essay is to explain how black people feel when it comes to their dreams in life. They have a huge mountain to climb in life, but some of them lack the confidence to do so due to racial discrimination. But they can achieve their dreams nonetheless.

Hope this helps!!

The above question wants to analyze your writing skill. For that reason, I can't write your journal entry, but I'll show you how to write it.

Steps to writing journal entry

 1. Choose one of Odysseus' adventures.
 2. Read the original text about this adventure.
 3. Read summaries and articles that present the most important points of this adventure.
 4. Write the journal entry, showing how Odysseus felt during the adventure.

The diary entry must be written from the first-person point of view. In that case, you must pretend to be Odysseus and write down his perception at the time the adventure was taking place.

How did Fraser Doherty decide to start his company?
Nata [24]

Answer: Fraser Doherty decided to start his company shortly after he mastered how to make 'Jam' from his Grandmother's kitchen.

Fraser's story shows individuals how a 14 year–old boy turns the making of Jam into a company, it serves as an eye opener to all who dreams of greater height.

After Fraser learns how to prepare Jam from his Granny, he realises that if he is able to make jam with only fruits as its ingredients, then he would be distinguished and attract more sales and attention. Subsequent events proved that he was not mistaken.

At age sixteen, he came out with his brand called: "super jam".

The sales of super jam grew so successful that he was able to supply millions of Jam jars to thousands of supermarkets all over the world.

Heart felt accolades came from far and near. Prince Charles of Dortwin street, a prime minister, commended him for his commercial success. Afterward, the Queen recently awarded him a medal (MBE) for services to business.

The story therefore teaches that what the 14–year–old Fraser's learned from his grandma out of passion at a very tender age, grows into a multi-Jam selling company. The story can be seen as a seeming guidance to us all in business.
