Use this equation :
y=mx+b

Plug in your points

2 = 13(6) + b

B = -76

Your final equation would be :
y = 6x -76

Answer:

y=6x-76

Step-by-step explanation:

you make the equation, 2=6(13)+b, solve for b. (b is -76) Since you have the slope, x, you can make the equation, y=6x-76.

How do you do this problem??? I'm confused.
Oduvanchick [21]
Transformations are without the equation already in them but I'll tell you what I know.

So your 5th problem is a reflection.

So the main thing is starting from the left of an equation you read the transformation from a point on the graph.

so for example, the first graph, reflects across the Y axis. What makes this the most is it's all linear. So transformations are like...

2x+2 this is really hard to teach as a linear.

okay picture something like this...
\sqrt{ - 4x + 2}
since the - is on the inside this means it reflects across the Y axis

-  \sqrt{4x + 2}
since this is on the outside it reflects across the X axis.

try searching YTfor "understanding transformations" it's slightly confusing and I feel I'm too to teach it properly. It took me forever to understand the first I saw too so don't be discouraged.

The sum of two positive integers, a and b is at least 30. The difference of the two integers is at least 10. fb is the greater
Fed [463]

Answer:

a + b \geq  30

b - a \geq  10

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Two integers a and b

The first statement in the question says, their sum is at least 30

The keyword "at least" means their sum can not fall below 30 and this is represented mathematically as

a + b \geq  30

The next statement says their difference is at least 10 and b is greater;

The keyword "at least" means the same as used above (i.e. can not exceed); The second statement is represented as:

b - a \geq  10

Hence, the system of inequality that represents the statements are:

a + b \geq  30

b - a \geq  10

How do I get the answer to 60% of what number is 45
Svetradugi [14.3K]
You would do rb=p s and plug in the numbers. So your equation would look like: .60(b)=45 you would divide both sides by .60 and you would get 75. So, b=75. So your answer would be that 45 is 60% of 75

3x=15-6y in slope intercept form
sdas [7]

Answer:  y= -1/2x + 5/2

Step-by-step explanation:

3x = 15 -6y

+6y       + 6y

3x +6y =15

-3x           -3x

6y= 15-3x   divide both sides by 6

y= 15/6 - 3/6x

in slope intercept form us y= -3/6x + 15/6  in simplest form is y= -1/2x + 5/2
