Some pros are that everyone gets a say. For example if a state has 10 delegates and 6 vote democrat the other 4 Republican votes arent counted. However some cons would be that the electoral college was set in place by our founding fathers for a reason. It gives every state, no matter how small, a say. It also makes sure no one party completely dominates the votes for a long period of time. If California, a dominantly liberal state with a high population, votes without the electoral college it crushes the competition making America a place where you opinion doesnt matter because its dominately liberal. So its whichever you prefer.
