To welcome someone new a person could start by introducing themselves and because that person may have more knowledge about where things are and how things work in this new environment they could offer to show them around and teach them about the new environment
This isn’t an answer but you shouldn’t rely on other people to write a whole essay that you could just do yourself. That’s just being lazy lol. It’s not that hard just think and do!
