Exchange pool is a part of the biochemical cycle that is characterized by a rapid exchange of elements where the exchange pool holds the element for a short period of time. On the other hand, Reservoir is the primary source of element or the nutrient storehouse of the chemical, the chemical element is locked or retained for long periods of time.

What is the electrical pathway of the heart, in order? NOTE- this includes pacemaker and conduction components.
s2008m [1.1K]

Answer:

The correct answer will be option A.

Explanation:

The electrical impulses are generated in the sino-atrial node or SA node, a mass of cells which generates impulse in the upper atrium.

This electrical impulse transmits from the sino-atrial node to the atrio-ventricular node in the lower portion of the upper atrium through the internodal pathway- the pathway composed of atrial cells.

Once the impulse reaches the AV node, it is transferred to the ventricular portion of the heart through Bundle of His presence in the ventricular septum. This bundle of his divides into left and right ventricles through bundle branches and stimulates both the ventricles.

Thus, option-A is the correct answer.

A forensic scientist is trying to find out the number of adenine in the DNA sample that he obtained from a crime scene.
Anuta_ua [19.1K]

The right answer is The number of adenine will be equal to the number of thymine.

Chargaff's rules indicate that the DNA of any cell or organism must have a ratio of 1 to 1 between purine bases and pyrimidine bases and, more specifically, that the amount of guanine is equal to the amount cytosine, and that the amount of adenine is equal to the amount of thymine. This trend is found in both strands of DNA.
