Answer: The insects in the dust are not enjoying the the ability to eat all they want. They don't want to hear about what the insect on the leaf had to say about having so much to eat and how its life is too good.

Explanation: It is symbolic. The insect on the leaf represents the rich and famous who talk about how we have so much to be thankful for. Meanwhile millions of people are struggling to feed their families and pay their rent.
