As the writer re-organizes phrases so the metric and the stanza are kept the same, he gives the poem an anxious and anticipatory mood, since you ave a hint of what is coming, and while reading it, you have to read it in a certain way because of the rhymes and the words that are in the end of the sentences just so they could rhyme but wouldn´t actually belong there in other way. So he creates an anxious and anticipatory mood.
