The correct answer is "Cesar Chavez".

Cesar Chavez was a co-founder of the National Farm Workers Association (NFWA) along with Dolores Huerta. This association fused together with the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee (AWOC) and became the United Farm Workers (UFW) on August 22, 1966, after a series of strikes in the year 1965. This was legally recognized union who fought for the rights of farmworkers across the United States.
