Explanation:

The Big Five personality traits  can be understood as a theory derived from psychology that categorizes personality models of individuals. The five categories of this model are:

  1. Openness.
  2. Conscientiousness.
  3. Extraversion.
  4. Agreeableness.
  5. Neuroticism.

These five factors were discovered by researchers and have become the most widely accepted and used personality measures.

1-  Openness to experience refers to an interest in imagination, adventures, new ideas, curiosity and characterizes intellectually curious people, sensitive to art and unusual ideas.

2- Conscientiousness corresponds to people determined to show self-discipline to achieve their goals. They are people who exhibit planned and non-spontaneous behavior, and are the greatest controllers of their impulses.

3- Extraversion is characterized by people who show positive emotions and seek the company of other people, extroverts enjoy contact with other people, have a strong connection with the outside world, are very active and energetic people.

4- Pleasantness is characterized by compassionate and cooperative individuals. They are concerned with maintaining a good relationship with other people for the harmony of the group. They are optimistic and friendly people.

5-  Neuroticism is the tendency that people have to show negative emotions, such as anger, depression and anxiety. It can be considered a trace of emotional instability. They are people who get more easily stressed.

Personality and stress are related, we can see this in people with neuroticism personality trait.

Therefore, it is ideal that the person seeks to identify what are the factors that help the personality to tend to that side of expression of negative emotions and to work together with the help of professionals in order to identify and eliminate negative emotions, so that the person has a quality of life. more harmonious, hopeful and happy.
