In a Topographic map, here are the programming values of each of that navgations:
N = positive value to the latitude
S= Negative value to the Latitude
W = Positive value to the longitude
E = Negative value to the longitude
Most programmers that work to create the topographic map choose to simply ommit the N,S,W,&E because it will save them a lot of time from having to type in a minus sign before most of their longitude values in code writing.

Explanation:
Effects of Wind
on forecasted temperatures
At night, the earth's surface cools by radiating heat off to space. The strongest cooling takes place right near the surface while temperatures at roughly 3000 feet are actually warmer than those at the surface. On a windy night, some of the warmer air aloft is mixed down towards the surface. This occurs because the winds are faster aloft than at the surface.
To visualize this, place one hand over the other about six inches apart. The bottom hand represents the air near the surface and the top hand represents the warmer wind higher up. Move the bottom hand slowly and the upper hand faster (to indicate the faster winds aloft). The faster air above and slower air below causes the air to overturn or spin (as in the picture below). This overturning motion is how warmer air from above is transported downward on windy nights.
When European countries occupied and partitioned Middle Eastern ladnds, all of the following effects occurred except A) a desire to make the Middle East a part of Europe. Although European countries did want to own some of the lands of the Middle East for some benefits, it had never been planned that they would become part of Europe nor did the Middle East after it was occupied want to become part of Europe.
Answer:
Explanation: Europe and Asia have many things in common, the most obvious being the population distribution. These regions both have very urban and dense populations, although Europe is somewhat more urban. The populations live where they have access to resources, regardless of what the resource is. This connects to climate because the populations in each reason often choose to live in extreme temperatures, examples include Dubai, where temperatures regurlarly rise above 100, and Oslo, where it is not uncommon for the temperature to drop below 0.
