Question:

How can you find out what is relevant to you?

A) Try as many different after-school activities as you can

B) Pay attention to what helps you get through hard times

C) Make a list of all the different ways you have spent money

D) Ask your parents what you have always been good at

Answer:

The correct choice is C)

Make a list of the different ways you have spent money

Explanation:

The chances are very high that if something is relevant to one, they'll send money on it.

It is important to note that relevance is very relative. What is important to A most probably will not appeal to B.

However both A and B will at some most probably spend money on things that are important to them.

Examples of things which can be important to all are:

  • Food
  • Cothes
  • Shelter

Things like Movies, Dance lessons may be relevant to one but not to the other. However, both of them require money.

Cheers!

Write a paragraph about the history of the food eggy in a basket
goblinko [34]

Answer:

Variant names for the dish include "bread with hole in the middle", "bullseye eggs", "eggs in a frame", "egg in a hole", "eggs in a nest", "gashouse eggs", "gasthaus eggs", "hole in one", "Bunkhouse Charlie", "one-eyed Jack", "one-eyed Pete", "pirate's eye" and "popeye". The name "Gashouse Special" is used in the 1975 book The Kids' Kitchen Takeover by Sarah Stein. The name "toad in the hole" is sometimes used for this dish, though more commonly refers to sausages cooked in Yorkshire pudding batter. The dish is typically bread with an egg in the center and then cooked with a little butter or oil.

It is commonly prepared by cutting a circular or square hole in the center of a piece of bread. The bread, sometimes buttered prior to cooking, is fried in a pan with butter, margarine, cooking oil, or other fat. When browned, the bread is flipped, and the egg is cracked into the "basket" cut into the toast. Alternatively, the egg may be dropped into the bread before the bread is browned. The time the egg is placed in the bread is dependent on desired consistency.

The dish is often either covered or flipped while cooking to obtain even cooking, and requires a degree of skill and temperature control to prevent burning either the egg or bread while the entire dish is cooked to the desired consistency.

What is one similarity between diction and jargon ? what is one difference between the two ?
frozen [14]
Diction is word/phrase choice in a writing, and jargon is a set of terms that are used within a specialized group--for example, legal terms used within a law office would be considered jargon. not everyone knows what a docket is, or what it means to be subpoenaed. diction is simply the words a writer chooses when crafting a work.

they're similar in the way that they're both parts of language and they're both rhetorical strategies. jargon can make a person seem more professional, as they use the specialized language of their skill, and that ties into diction because specialized word choice can have a great effect on people.
