The connection that reader can make to text help the person to understand better the information, the reader is able to connect the text in three ways, to self, the relation found between the material and the person who is reading, to text that is link the writing to another work similar, from the same author or about the same theme, and to world that is connect the material read with another event in the world, tv show, program among others. In this case the only option that are valid are Text-to-self and Text-to-text, the answer would be I and III only.

Find the error with subject-verb agreement. Select the incorrect verb and type it correctly.
larisa86 [58]

The error with the subject-verb agreement is "Here is the directions," since the singular verb "is" is incorrect, and the correct verb would be the plural "are".

What is subject-verb agreement?

Subject-verb agreement refers to the verb following the person and number of the subject. For example, the subject "I" is first person singular. Therefore, we cannot use "are," second person singular with "I". We must use the verb "am", which is first person singular as well.

That is why the section "Here is the directions" contains an error. The verb "is" is singular, but the subject "directions" is plural. The correct verb to be used is the plural "are".
