A Venn diagram is composed of a compilation of simple closed curves. They are used for the logical comparisons and contrasts, represented by the distinct regions of the diagram. The diagram consisting of overlapping circles illustrates the possible relations between the actual or given classes. The combined or intersecting section shows the similarities between the two classes which would here be males and females and the section with symmetric difference shows the distinction among the two. Thus, the integrated or combined section would represent that 'males and females both have tusks' reflective of the similarity in them.
