I think teenagers should drive with other teenagers because they have their drivers permit/license for a reason and as long as there is a responsible adult or teenager in the car, it should be ok.

The picture would most likely have eccentric or bright colours that will catch the eyes of many. but most importantly, it would have to show produce from the farmer's market, or something that you'll likely see at the farmer's market.
