After entering the war President Wilson created a list of things they could do to end the war and make the world peaceful again. It was later called the 14 points. The points to peace were mostly about land issues and some were about general ways to peace. <span>These ideas were later used to help end the war and sign the Treaty of Versailles which included many of the 14 points. </span>
B. the civil rights act of 1964
The Civil Rights Act ended segregation in public places and banned employment discrimination due to race, religion, sex or national origin. It was initiated by John F. Kennedy with the influence and support of Martin Luther King, however, it was signed by Lyndon Johnson after Kennedy was assassinated.
The Eisenhower administration got affected by the cold war. Because of this situation, Eisenhower sought for solutions to different factors that affect their government. He used agents to spy on the enemies, prepared nuclear weapons for Communist attack and strengthened allied support from other countries.
