The three sources of information i can use in my workplace to obtain information on customer profile and food preferences are as follows:
1) Sales data
2) Surveys
3) Customer interviews
Sales data is usually statistics/ information about the achievement or accomplishment of your sales team and key trends around your current customers. Furthermore, Sales data analytics examines sales reports to access a company performance against its goals.
Surveys in respect of this discussion, A survey is a list of questions geared towards extracting specific data from your customers. Surveys may be carried out by phone, mail, or through the internet, and can also be conducted through face-to-face meeting of your customers.
Customer interviews are a great and one of the most effective way to go deep into the needs of a specific persona or customer type. You get to ask salient questions that'll generate information about customer profile and food preferences
