As you grow older, an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Regular exercise can help boost energy, maintain your independence, and manage symptoms of illness or pain. Exercise can even reverse some of the symptoms of aging but if you feel it is time and you cant do what you use to you can always change how hard you work out.
hope it helps

Answer:

There is no point where fitness is irrelevant to your age because if you stay fit your muscles will function longer and you will come across less problems with your body. I will maintain my level of fitness as I get order by doing the same workout every day and shorten it so my body wont give in the middle of when i reach that age.

Over time your body will break down and at which when it does you start to become more limited which is why you slowly regress the intensity of your workout with your new limits.

Troyanec [42]

The story "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn," is a novel of important themes that have an extraodinary effect on the readers' feelings. The literary theme is the central subject or topic of a piece of writing and it refers to what the story is about. For example, the theme of a novel can be love, death and deception. A story can have several themes, too.

After you finish reading the novel, identify the the themes. That is, figure out what the story is about. Then you must write an analysis of the characters, which is a description of their personalities and an examination of why they act the way they do.

On July 5, 1852, Douglass gave a speech at an event commemorating the signing of the Declaration of Independence, held at Rochester's Corinthian Hall. It was biting oratory, in which the speaker told his audience, "This Fourth of July is yours, not mine. You may rejoice, I must mourn."
