D, "their." Since you're talking about two of them, it's plural. The sentence:
Neither Carol nor Ellen would hesitate to share their supplies with you.
It's either C or D, but C seems more correct since more than a third of the page was about how his dog was running away and there were only two or three sentences just on how he's lost.
