In the big cities of Colombia as Bogotá, Medellín or Cali, the work, study, or other activities make the people can´t have a breakfast in the morning, then they just take a coffee or chocolate with bread, by this reason, at noon, the people want to take a big food that have definitively rice (too important in a lunch), meat or fish and another aliments, as soup, salad and juice.

In cities as Cartagena or Quibdó, the economic situation makes that some poor people take just a food at day, in this case the lunch where they principally eat banana, rice and eggs.
