How did opportunities change for women in the workplace?

History

Answer:

Opportunities for women in the workplace have changed with women showing their ability, intelligence and strength. Over time, women were increasingly needed in the workplace because of their professional attributes.

Explanation:

Early-century habits prescribed that the husband be the provider of the home. The woman did not need and would not need to earn money. Women who at that time became widows, or were of an impoverished elite, and had to turn to support themselves and their children, made candy for orders, flower arrangements, embroidery and sieves, taught piano lessons, and so on. But beyond being undervalued, these activities were badly regarded by society.

However, some have managed to overcome the barriers of being a wife, mother, and homemaker, lagging behind from the 1970s onwards when women were gaining more space in the labor market.

The world progresses by betting on feminine values, such as the ability to teamwork against ancient individualism, persuasion as opposed to authoritarianism, cooperation over competition, high intellectual ability, and strength.

Women encompass positions in higher courts, in ministries, at the height of large companies, in leading-edge research organizations. They fly jets, command troops, drill oil wells.

It is important, however, to emphasize that the insertion of women in the workplace has been accompanied, over the years, by a high degree of discrimination, not only as regards the quality of occupations that have been created in both the formal and private sectors. labor market, but especially with regard to gender pay inequality.

How historians use a variety of sources of information to answer questions about the past
mestny [16]
The variety of information is for example:

archaeological find
primary sources, such as video recordings, sound recordings or testimonies of wittnesses
background and context information
linking dependencies and motivations (for example: what was the motivations for the crusades?)

they collect this information to provide a comprehensive account of the events, but they do take into account that any new information could change how we view something.
