Excessive drinking is responsible for more than 4,300 deaths among underage youth each year, and cost the U.S. $24 billion in economic costs in 2010.2,3Although drinking by persons under the age of 21 is illegal, people aged 12 to 20 years drink 11% of all alcohol consumed in the United States.4 More than 90% of this alcohol is consumed in the form of binge drinks.4On average, underage drinkers consume more drinks per drinking occasion than adult drinkers.5In 2010, there were approximately 189,000 emergency rooms visits by persons under age 21 for injuries and other conditions linked to alcohol.6

They could go for a hike or a walk. Hikes in a nearby forest are a great way to see nature on a daily basis and free of cost. If in an non rural area, such as a city, walking around town is a great way to get more physical activity! Another great way is to visit a zoo; most zoo have walking distance between the different animals. You can get both the active and nature in that as well.

(And I can't think of another one sorry)

1) I would choose white blood cells since their main job is to fight infection (Something that does not belong as a part of the body) But since their is several types of white blood cells the ones too look out for would be the Neutrophils since they kill bacteria by ingesting them.
2) It would be a Neutrophils blood cell. They are 12-14 µm diameter, and so look bigger than the surrounding red blood cells. There is a single nucleus, which is multilobed, and can have between 2 and 5 lobes.
3)You would also have to watch out for: Granulocytes – cells which contain granules which contain chemicals that are used to kill bacteria and viruses Lymphocytes- cells which attack most of the bacterial and viral infections in our bodiesMonocytes - cells which become macrophages, large cells that engulf harmful particles in our bodies.
