Acquired, harmful , you can cross out (inherited, neutral) because the risk won't cause "neutral" or inherited so not only is the last one ruled out, so is the second to last one. So that leaves "acquired, harmful" and "acquired neutral" but i already explained why it won't be neutral so that means the answer is {acquired,harmful} because the type of mutation this exposure will cause is DEFINITELY harmful and acquired.
