Languages from the past is really impossible to say how it was transmitted since we don't have time machines, all our "facts" about the past that no one really knows of are theories and i have one of my own. How language was transmitted back way back from anyone's' possible thoughts you might think of cave men with a lot of improper speech (Ex - "Me go find food.") but in my own theory i think that it wasn't really a lot of talking i feel as if it was just a lot of doing what the early humans thought first until we started to evolve more and more, so instead of doing without caution its mindless. When i think of  cave men (Early humanity) i think of a lot of family's and fighting between them because they don't know how to think properly or speak yet. Obviously sooner on we started to think and learn more and time went on and we made up our own languages across the globe instead of possible grunting and groaning and hand language. As time is today from all of what we have discovered the languages we know we can all learn and that's how we evolved within out languages because we learned more and more from the others around us.

I know i put it in my own theory and words but if you don't end up copying it i hope it gives you a general idea. Have a good day, and Good Luck!

Answer:

I took the other guys answer and made it make more sense for you all

Explanation:

When looking at languages from the past for the most part it's almost impossible to truly know how they were transmitted, since we don't have time machines, all our "facts" about the past and how language has evolved are generally theories. If you were to think back to the very beginning of how language was originally used, you may think of cave men, who used lots of improper speech (Ex - "Me go find food.") but in reality, in the beginning it was most likely just grunts and sounds used to indicate certain actions, or calls for a group to find one another. This was until we started to evolve more and more, and our use of language became more complex and fleshed out. Over time as humans traveled and emigrated to new places, language began to develop even further as people began to share ideas and different forms of it. So after a while early humans started developing and sharing multiple different complex languages instead of just grunting and groaning and possible hand signals. Today, from all that we have discovered from ancient languages, we can conclude that language is constantly evolving and changing. It's very possible hundreds of years from now the languages we use today will be considerably different.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of organizing a society around the ideas of Hanfeizi?
Svetradugi [14.3K]

Han Fei Tzu or Han Feizi, was one of the greatest philosopher philosophers of China. His essays on autocratic rule so impressed Qin Shi Huang that the future emperor adopted his principles after taking power in 221 BC. The Hanfeizi, the book that bears his name, comprises a synthesis of legal theories up to his time.

This philosopher created a doctrine called Legalism.

The political thought of the Legista School is utilitarian. Its main objective is to strengthen the power of the monarch. He considers that the virtuous man can not strengthen a kingdom very much if he acts against what motivates him and can not give the people many benefits if he does not take into account his reward. " He also advocates not allowing other ideas that were not those of the monarch. The basis of the functioning of the state has to be in the laws. In legal thought these three concepts are important: "the legal system", (法 fǎ), "the political stratagem" (术 shù) and "the authority" (势 shì). "The legal system" refers to the ideal state must have very strict laws, reward people who provide benefits and punish lawbreakers. "The political stratagem" (术 shù) means that the monarch has to know what means are adequate to govern well, he must face his political opponents and maintain his power and rank. "Authority" (势 shì) means that the monarch must maintain a good and iron authority and must know how to control his ministers.

In principle we see as advantages that this model seeks to keep society within a legal system in which all opinions and freedoms are respected, but as a disadvantage we can see that the authoritarian power granted to the emperor would make it impossible to maintain freedoms and it would only favor the maintenance of power in a small group.

in what ways is the concept of no taxation without representation central to america's identity as a nation?
MA_775_DIABLO [31]

No taxation without representation is at the heart of American identity since it was a call for independence and the need for Americans to manage their own affairs. It is also at the root of American democracy since it entails the election of the nation’s representatives to Congress
