Answer:

The noun <em>levy </em>refers to a charge, and the verb <em>levy </em>describes the action of collecting or imposing that charge. One of the collection mechanisms used by taxing authorities -such as the Internal Revenue Services (IRS)- is to levy taxes, or collect taxes, on property, land, capital, etc. so as to raise money.

What was one thing that Fazlullah says people should not do?<br><br> Write 1 full sentence.
uysha [10]

Actually, Pakistani Taliban leader Mullah Fazlullah, tried to convince his followers against many things. He began daily sermons on illegal FM frequencies, where he used to spread his messages throughout the region.

These were hate speeches against the Americans, the Pakistani state, female education, the Polio vaccine, and promulgating the militant's extreme interpretation of Sharia law.

Because of these believes, he used to say people shouldn't agree or help in any way to give power to all those things he was against to.

Some, after listening to his sermons, threw their television sets out because he described them as "<em>un-Islamic</em>". Many "<em>Swatis</em>" grew beards because of his lectures.

Change active the boy laughed at the beggar, change in passive<br>
Nadya [2.5K]
For passive, The beggar was laughed at by the boy.

Explanation: For passive the subject isn’t doing the action. So, in this case, the boy is the subject, and he’s doing the laughing. There’s also a sense that a passive sentence is wordy and could be shortened.
