They wanted to eliminate corruption and give voters more power which would make government more democratic and answerable to voters. (They did this through reforms such as initiative, referendum, and recall.)  And I’m pretty sure they were needed to be seeking to return control of the government to the people, to restore economic opportunities, and to correct the injustices in American life. An advocate for improving the lives of women and children.

It should be A, since before the Spanish came, there were no horses in the America's. With horses, the Indians were able to hunt more efficiently and had a better way of transportation.
