  Dear Jonathan,

I've recently run into Mr. Stroud, our old English teacher. Remember how he helped us out through life problems with his class lessons about 30 or so years ago? Well, he's changed a lot... But not for the better. He's recently lost his wife to cancer, and because she was pregnant, he lost their baby boy, only just having begun the second trimester. Jonathan, you and I go way back. I need your help to get our class together in a meeting with Mr. Stroud so that we can be there for him in his time of need like he once was for us when we all lost Rachael. I met him when we bumped into each other on a Brooklyn subway when I went to visit my mother in law. John, Mr. Stroud is a shell of him self. He isn't the same man we once knew. He's trying to be strong, but we talked for a while, and I can tell: He's a broken man Jonathan. I know you still keep in touch with a lot of our old friends, and you know Joshua right? Maybe you could try to get him to help us get the class together. We could all meet at the school, I asked Mr. Stroud if he'd ever visit it, and he said that if he could, then he'd love to. So I called up the school, they're up for it. All we need now is for our class to show up, and I can bring Mr. Stroud.

Sincerely yours, your friend, (your name here).
